Our Pipeline

⚙️ The NivaaLabs Pipeline

Keyword In.
Article Out.

A fully automated AI content pipeline that takes a keyword from a Google Sheet and publishes a complete, SEO-optimised article to WordPress — without a single manual step in between.

This is the exact system that runs NivaaLabs. Every article on this site was produced by it.

The Process

How the Pipeline Works

Three tools, one automated loop. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you enter a keyword.

1
Google Sheets

You add a keyword. That’s it.

Open your content calendar Google Sheet, add a keyword, pick an article type (review, comparison, roundup), and change the status to “Ready.” Make.com watches the sheet and fires the pipeline the moment it sees the trigger.

No briefs. No Slack messages. No assigning to writers. One cell in a spreadsheet starts the entire process.

2
Tavily + Gemini

Live research meets structured writing.

Tavily pulls live web results ranked by recency — the freshest sources go in, old ones stay out. Gemini receives those sources alongside a structured prompt (v8.0) that enforces article format, tone, SEO rules, and schema markup.

The output is a complete HTML article — hero, chart, comparison table, pros/cons, FAQ, JSON-LD schema, and internal links — all generated in a single pass. No editing required.

3
Make.com + WordPress

Published. No human in the loop.

Make.com parses the Gemini output, extracts metadata (title, slug, tags, category, meta description, excerpt), and pushes everything to WordPress via the REST API. The article goes live as a published post — not a draft.

The Google Sheet row updates automatically to “Published” with a timestamp. Total time from keyword to live article: around 12 minutes.

Common Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The pipeline runs on Make.com’s no-code interface. If you can use Google Sheets, you can run this. The setup involves connecting three tools — we walk you through every step, or we do it for you entirely.

What does it cost to run monthly?

The tools in the stack have their own costs: Make.com (free plan covers low volume, ~$9/month for more), Tavily API (free tier covers testing, ~$0.01 per search at scale), and Gemini API (pay per token — roughly $0.30–$1.50 per article depending on length). For most users producing 20–30 articles a month the total running cost is under $30.

What CMS does it work with?

Currently WordPress via the REST API. The pipeline sends fully structured HTML so it works with any WordPress theme — self-hosted or managed. Other CMSs (Webflow, Ghost) are on the roadmap.

Can the articles be customised for my niche?

Yes. The Gemini prompt is the core of the system and is fully configurable — tone, article structure, internal links, CTA destinations, and brand voice can all be adjusted. In the Done With You and Done For You tiers, we customise the prompt specifically for your site and niche before handing it over.

Is the content original or will it get flagged by Google?

The pipeline produces original HTML output every run — it’s not spinning or templating existing content. Google’s guidance is that AI content is fine as long as it’s helpful, accurate, and well-structured. Every article includes real sourced data from Tavily, structured schema markup, and internal links — all signals Google looks for. NivaaLabs itself is built on this pipeline and indexed normally.
